Titles for Supernatural Season 14, Episodes 17-19 may be out. If they are true, what could they possibly mean for the episodes and why is one so concerning?

While we get into our month-long Hellatus and wait for the final seven episodes, the titles for Supernatural Season 14, Episodes 17 to 19 may have been released. There is one that stands out the most, making me rather concerned for our favorite nephilim.

I will state that these titles haven’t come from an official source like The CW or Warner Bros. They’re from the Supernatural Fandom Wiki, which shares titles when found online. Unfortunately, it can also be changed by anyone. There’s no information on where these titles have been found to be able to check sources.

The titles are as follows:

17: Game Night
18: Absence
19: Jack in the Box

The titles really don’t give too much away. It looks like Episode 17 could be a monster-of-the-week and maybe the final one with so few episodes until the finale. “Game Night” is often used as a term for those watching sports but what if this turns into something like Jumanji — a board game that comes to life?

“Absence” could be focused on someone missing. The Episode 15 title is “Peace of Mind,” and that could connect to “Absence.” Whose absence is being felt?

It’s the Episode 19 title that worries me the most. “Jack in the Box” is rather ominous considering the current storyline. Let’s not ignore the fact that Jack is using his powers and that means the magic sucking on his soul is going to take more of that soul. Not only is a soul needed to keep someone human but it is also the only thing keeping Jack alive.

Dean currently has a plan to put himself in a box at the bottom of the ocean. Is it possible that Jack will offer himself as tribute? Could he take Michael in and lock himself in a box? Maybe he even does it without the Winchesters knowing, so it’s time to get Jack out of the box.

This could also set up the cliffhanger for the final episode. The title for the Supernatural Season 14 finale isn’t known yet but it will be a cliffhanger. It always is, especially with Season 15 confirmed. The writers have time to let the story breathe.

Could we see Jack being in the box as a cliffhanger? It would remind me of Angel when Conner put Angel in a box and sent him to the bottom of the ocean or The Vampire Diaries when Stefan was locked at the bottom of the lake in a locked box.

Episode 19’s title is certainly the one that worries me the most.
