Titles for Supernatural Season 14, Episodes 15 and 16 are potentially out. What could they possibly mean for the episodes?

Supernatural titles usually give us a clue of what to expect in the episodes. Titles for two more Season 14 episodes are possibly out and it’s time to break them down.

I will state now that I can’t find the official confirmation of the titles from The CW. The information is coming from Supernatural Wiki. Usually, the site is good at providing sources so I’m surprised there aren’t any at this time.

The titles are reportedly “Peace of Mind” and “Don’t Go Into the Woods.” Part of me wonders whether Episode 16 will be one last standalone episode before getting into the final string of episodes focused on the big story, but I’ll get into the why in a minute.

Episode 15 is titled “Peace of Mind” and this certainly suggests we’re focusing on Dean still. Right now, Michael is stuck in his head but is looking for a way out. The title could be taken from the Boston hit from the 70s, but it is also a popular saying for when someone reaches mental and emotional calmness.

Is it possible that Dean will find a way to get rid of Michael? Or will Michael escape to give Dean peace of mind? It certainly sounds like he’s going to feel a sense of happiness and calmness.

Speaking of happiness, though, could this be linked to Castiel? We know that Cass has a deal with the Empty. To save Jack, Cass offered himself to the Empty, who will take Cass the moment he feels true happiness. Uh oh!

Episode 16 is titled “Don’t Go Into the Woods” and it certainly gives a monster-of-the-week episode. The title is that of a movie from the 1980s, where teens go to the woods and are killed by someone there. Could teens go into the woods and face some creature?

Alternatively, we could see the Winchesters pulled into the woods because of Michael, if he escapes from Dean’s mind. And there’s always Dark!Kaia who is hiding out right now and has been known to hide out in woods. She’s got to come up again, right?
