While behind the scenes of Lucifer Season 4, the devil himself and God had a jam session. It’s led to many calling for a crossover.

Did you really think Gabriel was the only connection between Lucifer and Supernatural? Of course not! There are plenty of them throughout–and plenty of occasions you’d think a crossover would work. And now fans of both shows are calling out for a crossover after seeing the devil himself jam with “Dear old, Dad!”

Supernatural‘s Rob Benedict took a step behind the scenes to hang out with the Lucifer cast. There are two Supernatural guest stars on the show (although sadly one of those is no longer on Lucifer after coming out of it in the third season). Aimee Garcia, who shared the jam session, played the virgin Nancy in “Jus in Bello.”

Lucifer‘s Tom Ellis and Rob Benedict had the chance to sing a song, with Ellis playing the guitar. Their voices are absolutely beautiful together and it’s always fun to see two awesome casts come together like this.

Of course, it has led to the cries for a crossover again. These are two shows that would, somewhat, get away with it. There would need to be an explanation as to how the angels have different forms since angels don’t take on vessels in Lucifer, but the writers would be able to figure out a way.

There have already been mentions of Lucifer in Supernatural. In fact, just days before the devilish series premiered for the first time, Supernatural poked fun at it. When in the cage and asked what he’d do Top Side, Lucifer says he’d go to L.A. and becoming a private detective. There is no other show that that could have referenced.

A sort of crossover is happening. Richard Speight Jr. is directing an episode of Season 4. And it’s clear the door would be open for Supernatural cast members to guest star.

If a crossover can’t happen, though, can we at least have Ellis at one of the Supernatural conventions or vice versa? Seeing Lucifer on stage with the SPN Family would be sweet!
