Supernatural may not be at New York Comic-Con 2018, but the show is still being represented in a way. The show’s creator and former stars on the show will be there for their own reasons.

New York Comic-Con 2018 won’t have a Supernatural panel. While this convention is becoming the East Coast’s answer to San Diego Comic-Con, it still has a way to go. However, that doesn’t mean our show isn’t going to be represented in a way. Eric Kripke, Mark Sheppard, and Adrianne Palicki are among the people at be at the event.

Let’s start with Mark Sheppard

Sheppard may not be with Supernatural anymore, but he has done a number of convention appearances over the year with a look back at his time on the show. The actor chose to walk away at the end of Season 12. And as much as we miss Crowley, we fully respect Mark Sheppard for that decision.

More from Supernatural

He’s certainly made the most of his decision to walk away through convention appearances. He’ll be at New York Comic-Con 2018 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with various appearances, photo ops, and autographs available. I can say from experience if you get an autograph, you’ll get a chance to chat with him as long as the queue isn’t too long. He’s an awesome guy!

If you’re there on Oct. 5, you’ll get the chance to attend the Supernatural Panel with Mark Sheppard. The panel starts at 11 a.m and will see Sheppard reminisce about his time playing Crowley, while also looking back at his exciting and successful acting career.

Don’t overlook Adrianne Palicki and Amy Acker

You certainly can’t overlook the woman who was in the pilot episode of the show. Her character, Jessica, had one of the biggest impacts from just a few minutes on the series and she did get a chance to return on a handful of episodes after.

Palicki isn’t there for Supernatural, unfortunately. She’s attending to promote her own series, The Orville, which is going into its second season.

Likewise, Amy Acker is going to be at New York Comic-Con 2018 for her own show. The Angel star and Supernatural guest star will be there to promote The Gifted, which is also going into its second season.

It looks like the two are only there for panels.

it’s all about the creator

Eric Kripke will be at New York Comic-Con 2018. While mentions of Supernatural may come up, he’s not going to be there to talk about the series. However, you’ll still want to listen, as he’s there to promote his upcoming series.

Kripke is one of the showrunners on Amazon Prime’s The Boys. Here’s there with some of the stars to talk about the upcoming superhero series with a twist, because you know that Kripke can’t do anything normal, right? His mind is amazing!

The Boys is currently filming and Kripke has been in Toronto to direct the finale. The last TV show he directed was Supernatural way back in the fourth season, so this is definitely a major moment. He may also mention a few other works such as Timeless and The House with a Clock in Its Walls.

The Boypanel is on Oct. 5 at 3 p.m. ET.
