Rowena and Charlie: Supernatural’s Thelma and Louise?
In Supernatural’s season 13 finale, Bobby casually mentions that Charlie and Rowena are on a road trip together. We want to see that show.
In Supernatural’s 13th season finale, there’s a bit of a throwaway line spoken by Bobby to Mary. He’s filling in where all the Apocalypse World people have gone since integrating into our universe, and he mentions that Rowena and Charlie are on a road trip out west. That’s it. That one line and they’ve moved on to the rest of the finale.
But, talking to a few other fans, we want to know more about what Rowena and Charlie are up to! We already know the odds of getting a spin-off of the show are very slim. If the Wayward Sisters can’t get a show, then there really isn’t anything that can.
However, There are other ways for us to know what Rowena and Charlie are up to. And we all know they are up to something. They have to be. Let’s look at two ways we can get caught up on their Thelma and Louise-type adventure.

This wouldn’t take very much work. Like in the finale, we could just get bits and pieces thrown our way. We can hear Sam mention he got a call from Rowena and Charlie and Dean/Michael isn’t in Sedona, and don’t believe those stories you’re hearing. Or a throwaway line about the trouble Rowena and Charlie are getting into on their own. Just small little tidbits thrown in every once in a while.

The idea of the two women traveling together on a road trip is just too good an idea to just be relegated to one throwaway line in one episode. Let’s hear tales of their shenanigans throughout the next season. At least until the inevitable return to the group to get Michael out of Dean (c’mon we all know they’ll need Rowena for that).
An episode
Well, maybe not an entire episode of just the two of them, but an episode where we can see them together. They could be a side story, doing their own thing, or they could be why Sam and Jack (because Jack is obviously going to go hunting with Sam) end up in a town.
Rowena is a very powerful witch, and Apocalypse Charlie is a soldier. The things they could get up to, intentionally or unintentionally, would make for great television. Television I would love to see. I’m not asking for a whole episode or even a spin-off, but I want to see something.
