Breaking down and analyzing the ingredients required for the portal spell in Supernatural

Sam and Dean now know what they need for the portal spell but what are the ingredients exactly and have we encountered them in the past?
No doubt Sam and Dean were under delusions that opening the portal on Supernatural would be easy. The ingredients they need to create a spell were not exactly going to be eggs, flour and a pinch of salt. Still, I doubt they imagined it would be this difficult.
After some very questionable actions by Castiel, Sam and Dean now know what they need to go and get to cast the spell in order to save Jack and Mary. Archangel Grace, A Fruit from the Tree of Life, The Seal of Solomon and The Blood of a Most Holy Man.

Just your average day ingredients really. Wal-Mart will probably be selling them on a 2-4-1 special. Anyway, it’s not the best list of ingredients to go and get.
What are Sam and Dean going to do?
Archangel Grace
So in order for the Winchesters to get Archangel Grace, they need and Archangel. Michael is stuck in a cage, Raphael is dead and they have no idea about Gabriel, yet. Lucifer is more than likely who they will go after and he won’t be handing it over lightly. One, because he is Lucifer and two, he will see it as an opportunity for AU Michael to make it to their world; something that Lucifer 100,000% does not want to happen.
My guess is it will come from Gabriel, after he is revealed to be alive and kicking. Maybe during the Scooby Natural episode if our theory is correct.
A Fruit from the Tree of Life
If you know your Bible then you know that the Tree of Life is part of the Garden of Eden. If you know your Supernatural then you know that the Tree of Knowledge has been brought up before. Both the Tree of Knowledge and the Tree of Life are part of the Garden of Eden.
This will probably be the easiest of ingredients for the boys to get hold of and use as they have past experience. That experience, however, led to the involvement with Death; brace for another Billie return and the unleashing of the Darkness. Wll, maybe you shouldn’t brace for the return of Amara but you never know.
So while it will be an easy ingredient to get, we will have to see how willing they are to go ahead with using it.

The Seal of Solomon
King Solomon has had a mention in Supernatural before. His wife, Sheba, has a connection to angels in Supernatural as a nephilim. The Bible tells us that The Seal of Solomon is King Solomon’s ring. Castiel could possibly link up with Sheba, not sure if she is dead or not as she has only ever been mentioned, and possibly secure this ingredient.
The Blood of a Most Holy Man
The final ingredient that the brothers need is possibly the vaguest and possibly the most difficult. Who on earth can be classified as the “Most Holy Man?” Maybe a handful of people on the planet at most. It is the first ingredient the brothers will go after. The next episode is titled “A Most Holy Man,” so we won’t be waiting long to find out.
Our prediction is whomever the Most Holy Man is, it is not who they originally thought it would be.
