Did you know Misha Collins appeared on Charmed Season 2? The show even foreshadowed him becoming an angel on Supernatural.

"“You must be an angel.”"

That was a line said by Misha Collins in Charmed. The actor had a guest star role in season 2, episode 7, and it remains one of those gems that many people either overlook, forget about, or just don’t know about.

“They’re Everywhere” told the story of Eric Bragg (Collins) and his father. When Bragg’s father is attacked by warlocks known as “The Collectors,” he becomes catatonic. Eric’s father was working on decoding the Akashic Records, which foretell every event that is going to happen in the world throughout time. Eric continues his father’s work, eventually breaking the code and learning all the information he needs.

Youngest Halliwell sister, Phoebe, happens to be volunteering at the hospital Eric’s father is being cared for at. When she realizes Eric is in trouble, she and her sisters work together to protect him.

It was one of Collins’ earliest professional works. He also has the sweetest voice throughout the episode, along with cute grins.

In the end, he tells Phoebe that she must be some sort of angel. Little did anyone know in 1999, but Collins would take up the role of Castiel, the first angel to appear on Supernatural. This was almost 10 years later, but it’s fun to think that Charmed predicted this moment. It’s also one of the reasons many fans of the two shows would like to see a crossover happen. How would the Winchesters react to seeing Eric Bragg?

Another connection is Collins’ appearance on Nip/Tuck. The show stars Julian McMahon, who played Phoebe Halliwell’s love interest, Cole, in Charmed Season 3. It’s a small world when it comes to TV.
